Nicole is a Client Operations Analyst on the Client Operations team within Makena’s Client Strategy Group. Prior to joining Makena, Nicole worked at Bay Hills Capital, where she served as an Operations Administrator supporting client service and firm operations. Nicole graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology along with a professional certificate in Technology Management & Marketing.
