Kayley is a Compliance Officer with Makena’s Legal and Compliance Team. Prior to joining Makena, she was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she specialized in investments funds regulatory work. Kayley earned a B.A. in Legal Studies form the University of California, Berkeley and a M.B.A. And J.D. from the University of California, Irvine.
